The company works at the intersection of research, innovation, society, policy and market uptake, helping projects translate technical activities into clear communication, stakeholder value, measurable impact and long-term exploitation pathways.

Introvertical SRL is currently registered as Shades of Blue SRL, with a company name change in progress.

Although newly established under the Introvertical identity, the company builds on an existing track record in European projects and operates within a wider innovation ecosystem. It is part of the INNOVA group of companies and is participated by LUISS University through LabGov.
